The storms that blew through the County Monday morning with 70 mile per hour winds, hail and torrential rain cased quite a bit of damage in Franklin County. Public Works Director, David Lee, says the areas most affected were south from Richmond to Lane and to the north from Appanoose to Wellsville:
He added that there were several roads that were damaged by the heavy rain, some of which had just been repaired from last years storms.
