Angry River Barbeque, voted the Best Food Truck In Kansas last year, has taken a hiatus the past several weeks due to some health issues with owner, Jake Howard. He says it’s been hard to get some of the premium cuts of meat with processing plants down, but, he has a unique product–barbecoa. He explains:
Angry River will be in front of Three Guys Liquor tomorrow and Friday. Barbecoa will be served tomorrow, along with smoked mac and cheese with chorizo.
