In question is the Linn County Order put in place on May first that requires people to sign in when they enter a business to gather information so the local Health Department can use it to trace contacts of infected people. Owners of the Linn County News in Pleasanton and Nan Jo’s restaurant in La Cygne says it violates the Fourth Amendment Right to Unreasonable Search and Seizure and gives local government a Warrantless Search of their records.
