Mark Powls is running for the Kansas 5th District House Seat in the Coming Election. He will go against the incumbent Mark Samsel in the Republican Primary Election on August 4th. As a music teacher and audio visual systems installer the past 15 years, he never really considered politics, however, after starting a blog, people began to take notice, and he felt the call:
