The Ottawa City Commission will hold a Study Session this afternoon and the Agenda is full of rezoning items. One of those involves a tract of land at 2760 Kingman, around Proximity Park that needs to be rezoned from Agriculture to Heavy Industrial. City Manager Richard Nienstedt:
Other items include the consideration of a Special Use Permit to allow construction of a duplex in the 800 block of Pecan Street. The Study Session will be at 4:00 this afternoon. Commissioners are still meeting via Zoom until the July First meeting.
