The number of positive COVID 19 cases in Franklin County is definitely on the rise. Since entering Phase Three of the Reopening Plan, the County has gone from 35 cases to a total of 65, with eight new cases over the weekend. There are 24 active and 41 fully recovered. Governor Kelly says she knows people are tired of restrictions, but without a vaccine, we have to continue to follow health guidelines:
Mass gathering such as funerals, weddings and graduations as well as people generally ignoring Social Distancing and not wearing a mask will only increase the spread of the virus.
