With the outbreak of Covid 19 cases in the Wellsville area the past several days, the Franklin County Health Department, in conjunction with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, has obtained enough test kits to conduct a drive through testing site in Wellsville. Interim Health Director, Nick Robbins, says testing will be done today:
The Franklin County Emergency Management Mobile Command Trailer will be at the north end of the Wellsville High School parking lot today from 8:30 this morning until 4:00 this afternoon. You do not have to get out of your vehicle for any reason. An all out effort to stop the spread of the virus in the Community of Wellsville is encouraged and Officials say everyone needs to do their part.
