Are you ready for a big celebration? Get ready for an incredible time tomorrow at the Liberty Fest. The Labor Day Weekend Liberty Fest will celebrate patriotism and hard work, with music, a special celebration of service for local veterans, a band concert and community fireworks display. Two area food trucks will also be present. There is no admission charged for this event, but donations are what make Liberty Fest possible. Donations will be accepted at the Park Entrance. Give what you can so this Annual Event can continue. The fun starts at 5:00 with some good music, the Celebration of Service will follow, honoring the 262 Veterans represented on the “Garnett Remembers” Patriotic Banner Project. The Garnett Community Band Concert follows that, then, to wrap it all up, a huge fireworks display. Come on out to Lake Garnett tomorrow evening for a night of food, fun and fireworks.
