A new type of tool for apprehending suspects was demonstrated at the Ottawa Police Department Thursday morning. It’s called the Bola Wrap, which consists of a device that fires a kevlar cord that wraps around the legs of a suspect up to 25 feet away. Bola Wrap representative Kevin Johnson gave a demonstration:
