Ottawa Recreation Director Chad Bruner has left the ORC and accepted a position closer to his family. Bruner has been the Director of the ORC for the last three years. He submitted his resignation before the Ottawa Recreation Commission Board, who approved his resignation at the August Meeting. Recreation Manager, Brandon Stortz, in addition to his current responsibilities has also been elevated to the position of Interim Manager. A search for Bruner’s replacement is underway.
