A campground at 4472 Pawnee Road near Wellsville has come up for attention by Franklin County Officials. Planning and Building Director, Larry Walrod, gave some background to the County Commission:
Walrod says the Planning Commission recommended the campground be granted a special use permit. The County Commission also agreed to the request for the permit, with Commissioner Roy Dunn voting against the request.
