The drive by shooting in Ottawa Sunday evening has local law enforcement working overtime to figure out who committed the shooting and make an arrest. Someone fired multiple shots at a house in the 800 block of Olive Street. Ottawa Police Chief Adam Weingartner say they have recovered shell casings from the street and bullets from the house. He says the outcome could have been far worse:
He asks people in the surrounding area, that may have seen a white chevy believed to be involved, to contact the Police Department. Also, anyone who may have home surveillance cameras in the area to check the footage to see if the car was captured on video.
