The City of Ottawa will save at least some money on a $1.6 million loan from the U. S. D. A. to pay for sewer improvements in Proximity Park. Financial Adviser, Tyler Ellsworth gave the City Commission some details:
The interest rate decline will be one eighth of one percent. No dollar amount of savings was given.
