Finally, some good news on the COVID 19 crisis. During the regular Franklin County Commission Meeting, Franklin County Health Department Interim Director, Nick Robbins, had something he wanted to say:
Robbins also says there continues to be a problem with some employees at nursing homes testing positive for COVID 19, but later tests coming up with negative results, indicating the first tests were not terribly reliable.
