It seems that the return to a normal life, in the face of COVID, is almost a fantasy; but, believe it or not, it looks like schools may be showing the way to normality. Franklin County Health Department Interim Director, Nick Robbins, says all the area school districts either have returned to normal In-Person school, or are moving in that direction:
Robbins says schools have worked closely with Public Health Authorities to arrive at a near-normal environment for students.
