The COVID pandemic has been hanging over us for what seems like forever and, apparently many people are getting to the point of frustration with the restrictions it has brought on. With schools reopening and a call for nursing homes to “relax no visitor policies”, Franklin County Interim Health Director, Nick Robbins, says now is not the time to relax:
