More changes are coming to the USD 290 School District. The Franklin County Health Department has approved the District to begin full day, in person school. The transition from the half day Hybrid Model, the school opened under, to the full day, in person school, will be in phases. The initial plan is to start with the elementary students in mid October, then integrate the middle school a week or so later, and finally, the high school will be added about November 9th.
Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs will present a detailed plan with dates, time and other specifics at Monday’s USD 290 School Board Meeting. That meeting will be live streamed on the USD 290 Facebook Page and Website. KOFO will have complete details of the proposed plan. Tune in to hear Dr. Cobbs Tuesday morning, as he will be a guest on the Dave Edwards Early Morning Show.
