A business in Lane has lost COVID aid money that was previously approved by the County Commission, Franklin County Development Council Executive Director, Paul Bean, says it was due to unpaid taxes:
The County Commission unanimously approved the Grant for the quilt shop for slightly over $8,000. Bean says about $22,000 in COVID Aid money is left, and must be used by June of 2021.
