Governor Laura Kelly has ordered flags on all State Buildings to be flown at half mast in honor of Kansas Representative Leonard Mastroni. Mastroni has Represented Kansas House District 117 since 2017.
Kelly called him a dedicated public servant and says she respected and admired his commitment to working with other Representatives in the Legislature to ensure better lives for the people he represented.
Mastroni was elected District Court Judge in 1981 in the 24th Judicial District. He was elected to the House in 2016.
