Research backs the assumption that as the pandemic stretches on, Americans have seen a huge build up in stress levels. A recent study says that over 53% of Americans are reporting unhealthy stress levels, directly associated with the COVID pandemic. Director of the Elizabeth Layton Center in Ottawa, Leslie Bjork, confirms this and adds the stressor of having or, not having, a job doesn’t seem to matter:
