Ottawa High School has a tradition of naming two “Students of the Week”. Teachers nominate students and put their names in a jar with the reasons behind their nomination, then two are selected. This week, OHS Senior Richard Blevins was one of the students selected for the honor. Ottawa High School Principal, Kelly Whitaker, on why Blevins was nominated:
