When it comes to COVID Relief Money helping businesses in the Franklin County area, local banks have really stepped up, particularly in the first wave of the relief effort. Franklin County Development Council Director, Paul Bean, says one of those programs was the Payroll Protection Program, or PPE whick allowed business to go through local banks for loans.
Bean says he believes the economy will recover fairly quickly and leads continue to come in from companies interested in building at Proximity Parks.
