The Ottawa City Commissioners approved a bid for storm sewer improvements in the 100 block of Keokuk. Public Works Director Michael Haeffele explained the project:
The commission approved a 5% contingency cost to account for the unknown condition of the soil, for a total cost of about $230,000.00.
