The “Faith In Blue” Weekend, held nationally by the Justice Department, culminated with a question and answer session with three Law Enforcement Leaders in Franklin County, Sunday Night at Hope Anthem Church in Ottawa. Wellsville Police Chief John Blair, responding to a question about how community members can show appreciation to local police, says Wellsville is changing:
