The opportunity to exercise your right to vote begins today as early voting opens up at the Franklin County Courthouse. Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock, says her office has provided plenty of time for those wishing to get their votes in before Election Day.
She also emphasizes that the Polls will be opened as scheduled on November third for the General Election.
