Franklin County is going along with much of the rest of the country in experiencing a surge of COVID 19 cases. Franklin County Health Department Interim Director, Nick Robbins, says hospital cases are way too high.
Robbins says a lot of his time is spent keeping in close contact with area school districts in their efforts to return to a normal school environment amidst the pandemic.
