At a Candidate Forum last night in Legacy Square, current Kansas Representative for the 59th District, Blaine Finch, was asked how Kansas should create jobs. He says Governor Kelly vetoed two key measures last year. One created a Loan Pool to be loaned out to needy businesses across the state to help them get through and the other, the Kansas Promise would look to keep Kansas High School Graduates in the State.
