Instead of complaining about the state of the world, we need to hunker down and solve problems. That’s one message of State Senator Caryn Tyson, of Parker, who was one of several candidates to attend a Forum at Legacy Square in Ottawa. Tyson says one way to give new life to rural areas is to use the internet:
