The Annual “WE” Conferency at Ottawa University will be held today. Dr. Joshua Fredinburg will be the guest speaker with a focus on “What’s Next, Tangible Ways To Create Change”. OU Dean of Student Engagement Donald Anderson, says with how decisive things are in the Country right now, and the Election coming up, he wanted to ride the events of the Summer, the calls for Social Justice and Racial Equality:
The public is invited to hear Dr. Fredinburg, There are two opportunities. First at 2:00 this afternoon and then again at 7:00 this evening, both at Fredrickson Chapel. If you are not able to attend in person, it will be live streamed at: Ottawa.e-d-u/weconference. There is not cost to attend. There will be an introduction by Richard Jackson and remarks from City Manager, Richard Nienstedt and Mayor Tom Weigand.
