The Ottawa Police Department is gearing up for Halloween and trying to make sure it stays safe for children and parents alike. Ottawa Police Chief, Adam Weingartner, says the COVID 19 crisis has added more difficulty to the safety factor:
Weingartner says they will have a City Vehicle at Ottawa University’s Trunk or Treat to hand out face masks for COVID 19 safety.
