The problem of testing for COVID 19 appears to be a growing one for Franklin County and all of Kansas. Franklin County Interim Health Director, Nick Robbins, says several factors are involved:
Robbins says some agencies are not providing timely testing results, so there are a considerable number of people in the community spreading COVID and authorities are not even aware of it.
