The Ottawa City Commission will hold its Weekly Study Session this afternoon. The Agenda is fairly light; however, there will be one item that may involve some extended discussion: talks about a proposed electric rate increase for city customers. Another item, is talk about an improvement project the Rotary Club would like to do in Kanza Park. The Study Session will begin at 4:00. It is a virtual meeting and will be live streamed on the City of Ottawa Facebook Page.
