By all accounts, early voting has gone very well in Franklin County and the numbers are definitely up. Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock, reported last week that nearly 2,000 people had voted early, that number doesn’t include Saturday morning’s bonus hours. She has a reminder for voters:
Statewide, officials report that, as of Friday, over 225,000 people have cast early, in person votes , a hefty increase from the Election in 2016.
The last day to vote early is today. The Courthouse will be open for early voting from 8:00 this morning until noon.
