Like the rest of the Country, voter turnout in Franklin County was heavy for the General Election. County Clerk Janet Paddock, says for the most part, the Election went smoothly.
Paddock says she’s not sure how turnout compares with 2016, which was another contentious election year. The canvass for the Franklin County Election will be November 16th. At that time the voter tallies become official.
