Franklin County Officials are still searching for ways to spend extra money from COVID 19 Relief Funds. County Administrator Derek Brown, says the money is pretty large.
Brown says several small towns looked for projects to spend the money on, but simply couldn’t come up with any ideas that would justify the expenditures.
