Franklin County has seen a sharp rise in the number of positive COVID 19 cases in the last few weeks, the highest numbers seen since the pandemic began in March. City Manager Richard Nienstedt, reminds people that masks will help combat the spread of the virus and if you don’t have them, the city can help:
The City bought a very large supply of masks with the Cares Act Money they received from the State of Kansas and the Federal Government. Call City Hall if you need one.
