Drive Thru Halloween events were big this year. Ottawa had several available. Two at local churches, another at Forest Park and one at Ottawa University. OU Campus President Dr. Reggies Wenyika says the Student Senate was behind the event at OU and really wanted to provide something for the kids of Ottawa:
The event featured students from various campus organizations and sport programs, as well as Wenyika and his homemade candy cannon. The Drive thru wound through the east side of campus.
