The COVID crisis forced a number of changes in this year’s election in Franklin County, but most changes seem to have been readily accepted. Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock, says some changes were big ones:
Paddock says about 64% of eligible voters turned out, which is quite high, but actually not quite as high as she expected.
