The is no question public schools have faced tremendous challenges this year. On Community Perspective this morning, USD 290 Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs talks about some of those challenges and how they were handled by the district. USD 290 opened in a Half Day Hybrid Model. Cobbs says because of all the changes, the half day system in Ottawa worked better that other districts:
