The West Franklin School District made the decision to move to Online Learning yesterday. Superintendent Jerry Turner made the decision after stressing to the School board Wednesday night, the urgency of the situation, as COVID cases increase in student and staff in the district with more under quarantine orders. Interim Franklin County Health Director, Nick Robbins, says he agrees with Turner’s decision and cautioned of other shutdowns:

The move on Online Learning in West Franklin will start Tuesday and run through December 4th. Turner says they will reevaluate the situation in two weeks.
