Friday Franklin County reported 42 new cases of COVID, bringing our active case count up to 261. With the sharp increase in positive COVID cases in Franklin County the past couple weeks, health officials are warning people to do everything they can to protect themselves and their families, particularly as we enter the holiday season. Interim Health Director Nick Robbins, says everyone has to stay aware of the situation:
Robbins says it is increasingly difficult to keep people from gathering and he encourages people to heed the warnings and help curb the spread of the virus.
