With COVID cases on the rise in Franklin County, Health Officials say it is more important than ever to wear your mask. There are many options out there, some good, some not so good. Interim Health Director, Nick Robbins, explains what a proper mask is and how to wear it:
If you have any questions about proper mask usage, call the Health Department. If you need masks for your family, the City of Ottawa will give them to you at no charge. Call City Hall, tell them you need masks and they will make arrangements to get them to you.
