The Ottawa City Commission is expected to deal with the issue of wearing masks during its regular meeting tomorrow. At the Commission Study Session, City Manager, Richard Neinstedt, proposed a resolution, which then drew a strong response from Ottawa Mayor Tom Weigand:
Weigand suggested a voluntary approach for about a month then, depending on the results, proceeding to make masks mandatory.
