Franklin County has compiled a list of items on which to spend about $700,000 of leftover COVID 19 Aid Money. County Administrator, Derek Brown, says the Ambulance service needs new heart monitors:
Brown says the money has to spent by the end of the year, so time is short to us all the funds.
