The latest figures on COVID 19 cases in Franklin County are not good, to say the least. Franklin County Interim Health Director, Nick Robbins, told the County Commission that COVID patients see to be getting sicker:
Robbins says that is a drastic increase in COVID cases from October, when the positive rate was about 12%.
