The COVID 19 situation in Franklin County has been getting worse for the past several weeks. Wednesday, Governor Kelly issued another Executive Order requiring the use of masks in public spaces. County Health Officer, Bud Ransom says he know people are getting tired of the restriction and wearing a mask, but he also believes it is important…and it works:
The City of Ottawa passed a resolution urging the people of Ottawa and businesses to wear masks and require them in their businesses. The positivity rate in Franklin County has reached over 20%.
