The COVID 19 situation in Franklin County hs been getting worse for the past several weeks. Wednesday, Governor Kelly issued another Executive Order, requiring the use of masks in public spaces. County Health Officer Bud Ransom says he knows people are getting tired of the restrictions and wearing a mask, but he also believes it is important. He also says people need to think about where they go and who they see over the holiday:
The City of Ottawa passed a Resolution urging the people of Ottawa and businesses to wear masks and require them in their businesses. The positivity rate in Franklin County has reached over 20%.
