An explosion at a house at 4604 Shawnee Road, outside Wellsville, last night destroyed the home. Crews from the Wellsville Fire Department and Deputies from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office responded to the call. Lieutenant Ferguson, with the Sheriff’s Office:
A damage report was not available. Ferguson says the two people are receiving help from friends and relatives in the Wellsville area, for the time being. KOFO will have more on the cause of the explosion and fire as it becomes available from the Fire Marshal’s Office.
