Ottawa University has had its ups and downs the first semester. A lot of challenges faced students as they came to campus for the first semester in the midst of a pandemic. OU was able to put in place a multitude of safety protocols to help limit the spread of the virus on campus and Campus President, Dr. Reggies Wenyika, says one of those was ending the semester just before Thanksgiving so students would not have to come back until after the New Year:
He adds that they will not be doing mass testing as students reenter, but there will be extensive health checks, masks required at all times and all policies put in place at the beginning of the year, will continue.
