Some Ottawa students who had their learning disrupted because of the COVID pandemic will have a chance to catch up. School Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs says it mainly pertains to special education:
Dr. Cobbs says he and other officials are looking at ways to go to Remote- Learning if that becomes necessary again, but he strongly wants In-person schooling to continue.
